I sent a email before they sent me the Regal cig trial and told them that if it was going to cost more later to please do not send Regal cig that i did not want them to debit my bank card... Today my checking acct was over drawn 153.00 I called and remined Regal cig that they ignored my email and charged my card and that i want my $119 dollars back they told me i had to mail the trial off back to them that cost $4.16 after they received it they would send me $96 dollars back b/c they were charging me a stocking fee and it would take 4 to 5 weeks to receive my money so far Regal cig has cost me $4.95 for the offer $4.16 to mail it back and an over draft on my bank acct of $36.00 plus $119 this should not be legal i feel like it is a crime. If anything else goes through my bank i will be charged another $36.00 and i have received nothing in return for the money time and stress they have caused me. I feel it is stealing an i hope someone important reads this and does something about it
