I ordered the Regal Ecigarette Starter Kit Sample which was supposed to only cost me $9.95 for shipping charges. When I called my credit card company to question a charge on my card there was a charge for $119.95 from Regal Ecigarettes. At this time I cannot afford this charge. This is truly a scam!
