I ordered the $4.95 kit. I don't even smoke. I bought it for a friend who is trying to quit. Today I thought I would see what it would cost if she continued with the product and came across all these complaints. I realized they were going to start sending me shipments. I called regal cigs and received an automated voice telling me I could cancel my account but I would be charged $39.95 for the kit if I didn't return it. I had no choice but to agree as I had given the kit away. I hope this is the end of it.
