I have ordered 2 windows through Home Depot At-home Services in Connecticut, and a few weeks into the project and without even having the windows yet, I'd give them a low grade - I've started blogging about the project if anyone is interested at http://homedepothomeservices. Wordpress.com / - I swear that I was completely objective when I started, but you should have to ask several people the same question several times before you get an answer to your questions, and you should at least feel like people are doing their jobs...
