Providing Misleading Information

I was told by Mr. Benny Calhoun that the windows I purchased would solve a problem with condensation inside the windows of my aunt's home. After my contractor installed the windows. My aunt reported to me that the problem was worse. I went back to Home Depot and explained to Mr. Calhoun what happened with the project. He filed a complaint to HR Windows Corporation on my behalf. After several weeks the HR Corp. Sent a representative to look at the windows. After rerviewing the work and material he told us that we needed to open the windows, curtains & drapes to allow air to enter. He provided me with a twelve page document titled "condensation on windows." After the visit from the corporation I returned to Home Depot and spoke with Mr. Wash, Assistant Manager. I explained my problem to him and the discussion I had with the HR Windows representative. He reviewed the information I had, took my phone number and told me that he would contact the corporation and get back with me. I have not heard from Mr. Wash as of this date. On 10 March I received a call from Mr. Kirk Davis of HR Windows Corporation. After much discussion his suggestion was that I should install a Dehumidifier in the home. I wrote a letter on March 17th To Mr. David Bennoic, Home Depot General Manager, and a letter to Mr. Kirk Davis, HR Windows. As of this date March 31 I have not received a reply from either person. I need Home Depot to resolve this problem.
