On 6-12-13 I signed a contract for with Home Depot for the replacement of windows. A contractor measured the windows 11 days later. It is now ten weeks since I signed the contract and I still do not know the status of the job. During that time I have called Home Depot numerous times. The worst part of the process is that promises are made but are never kept. One manager, 30 days ago, stated that he would personally expedite the job for me. However, that was the last I heard from him and he will not return my calls. My job has now been referred to a supervisor who is supposed to call me and provide a status. This has been an extremely frustrating process.
