Expensive Homedepot Supervisor:
On July 7 I bought Hurricane Windows from your own Duncanville shop. A few months later these were mounted. I had been really disappointed using the support that I obtained. I actually donot believe that I obtained the windows that I requested. Our sales advisor was Ronald W. Brett and his income supervisor was Rusty Gates. They found my house and exhibited two distinct kind windows. I had been informed (obviously) that I'd obtain the better one, that we did not.
I named Mr. Brett and informed him the windows weren't doing what he and Mr. Gates showed me. He explained he might deliver somebody out to exhibit me how they function. The Manager or the specialist couldn't obtain the windows to complete what Mr. Brett and Mr. Gates showed me.
Mr. Brett promised to become below throughout the installment, but he didnot, he promised a-12 month no-interest no cost which he published about the agreement and that I didn't have it or that which was guaranteed.
I've looked at your shops for several years. I'm likely to obtain a mortgage, pay-off my bill along with you and shut it. It would appear that your reps are just thinking about a customer signing a deal than fulfilling the client.
