I have been a customer of Service America for 11 years, they use to give you an appointment within 48 hours, now it takes at least 4 days (if you are lucky) to get your first appointment... Way too long! My washer machine broke on Friday 6 pm and I had unstopable water everywhere... I tried to get an appointment and was not able to get one before the following Thursday (6 days from that day)... I was up all night drying the floor with towels, drying them in the dryer machine and using them again to dry the non stop water comming from the washing machine... On Saturday I called, I was so tired and frustrated that I was crying over the phone begging for them to come earlier... The customer representative couldn't be more cold... I explained that I was a disable person with no family and that I was exhausted from trying to keep my home dry, that I could not wait until Wednesday for help... Well, not only I could not get any earlier appointment but she hung up on me after seeing I did not respond to her question "Is there anything else I can help you with"? To me is unacceptable that they make me wait so long for an appointment... Can anyone in the world help me to find a Company that can handle repairs within 48 hours of calling? I don't think expecting an appointment within 2 days is that unreasonable...
