Extremely Frustrated

On November 4, I called Sears to set up an appointment for my Samsung Washing Machine, Model WF 448AAP/XAA, because of a severe water leak. The message on the machine advised us to call for Service and it kept flashing - water leak. We are located in Southern Maryland, zip code 20607. The water leaked down to the basement, backed up the bathroom and was all over the laundry room floor. The Service Department made an appointment for tomorrow, November 17. Tonight I received a call, and I was told that they had to cancel the appointment and that I wouldn't be able to get another appointment unil November 28. I consider a water leak an emergency. I cannot believe the service I am receiving from Sears. I am extremely upset. I would appreciate a phone call from Sears to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
