I called to make an appointment to fix my broken washing machine with standing water in it on Sunday, January 20th, I received an appointment for January 31st, 11 days of standing water in my machine. This is outrageous for a repair. They told me to call each day to be put on the list to receive an earlier appointment. After calling each day, and checking online, I was able to change my appointment to January 29th. Now it will be 9 days with standing water in my machine. I have never had to wait longer than 3 days and I have been a happy customer of Sears for 30 years. Not so happy now.
