IPhone Hotline App Review: Broke Washing Machine - Kenmore Elite Washing Machine

I called on 3/17 and scheduled a repair on my Kenmore Elite washing machine. They gave me an appointment on 4/2. I have to wait 16 days with a broken washing machine that has standing water in it! My appointment was schedule from 3pm-7pm o. 4/2. My husband took 4.5 hrs off of work, with NO pay, to be at home. We got a phone call around 7:30pm from the tech to say he wasn't going to make it because they were short staffed and they had a lot of sick calls. He instructed me to call the 1-800 number and reschedule. I did so immediately, but since it was 7:30pm the local office was closed! I called promptly at 8am the next morning while I was at work and was on the phone for 30min to get the soonest appointment on 4/11!! Really!?!? 25 days with a broken washing machine WITH a huge puddle of water in it??? Now, my husband has to take 5.5hrs off of work with NO pay AGAIN! Worst service I have ever experienced! My family and I have been very loyal customers for MANY years, but after this experience, I would never recommend Sears Home Repair to anyone!
