I added the unlimited plan to my phone and it took the money off my debit card but it did not add the minutes... Im very upset about this and have been waiting on hold on the phone to speak to someone for 2 hours and finally someone answered and then decided to hang up on me and it was right before the offices closed so now i have to wait till tomorrow morning to call again and wait again!!! This is not how i like to do business im very disapointed.
