I used a Cardtronics ATM this morning to withdraw $60.00 (my last available funds at that). The machine said it was dispensing my money and made noises and "tried" to open the flap to give me my money and it did not open. The machine said the transaction was complete and did not give me an error. The money was taken out of my account. No one at Cardtronics was able to help me get my money back and said that it is my banks responsibility to investigate. No one would give me a name nor would they dispatch a Tech to look into the machine. Now I have to rely on my bank to investigate their faulty machine and am likely not receive my money back. I need help connecting to someone that has authority within Cardtronics (no one on the phone would refer me to a manager. They said there were none... Just claims analysts)
