The representative at reachout wireless over charged my credit/debit card by $300.00. He told me that he attempted to charge the card once and it decline, and then he attempted to charge again without my permission. Then he told me that both attempts unsuccessful and that no money would come off my card. I find out from the bank and a different reachout representative that the card had been charged twice. Leaving my account with a negative balance.
