My daughter in law paid for two months of unlimited service on my unlimited plan with reachout wireless on 4/19 but on 5/19 they turned out my phone we have fax the information they want which was a copy of her bank statement showing where they had received the two payment and the bank faxed it twice and my daughter in law faxed it twice yet on 5/29 I still don't can't call anyone. I;m disabled and ona fix income. This is not the first timeI have had problems with this company. I have had my phone turned off before whenit was paid. I have also paid my bill before and had to wait up to 10 day for my phone to finally be turned on. I know that this is a goverment program that allows us to get a repaid phone at a lower price, but we should still get good service. Some months I don't ever get my free minutes. Regardless of theprice we are entitle to get the time we pay for on our phones. If the goverment would stop going through companies that hire people that can barely speak and understand english, because that can pay a little less to the employees. We are amercan citizen we should be treated with respect.
