In Early october i was contacted by phone right before a class. The company was by the name of sunset publications, asking me to comfirm my information. The operator listed off my name address, date of birth, and debit card number, none of which i gave them. The operator talked very fast and by the end of the conversation they were saying that i agreed to a year contract with them for 39.95 a month. I told them no i didn't want this and i hung up. They started to charge me and i had no way of contacting them, no web page, e-mail, or phone number that i knew of. So four months later i canceled my debit card and they called a month later saying i was delinquent customer. I ignored it and a month after that in March i recieved a call from them again saying that they would send a collection compay after me i didn't pay. I work for the st. Police so i asked the guys in medicaid fraud what to do and they told me to threatent them back cuz it was a scam. I did so and they continue to call and harrass me. They sent me a bill for 79.90. Is what they say i owe them or 255.55 to pay off the contract. I will not be paying this company. I have filed a complaint with the Fl. State attoney and Il state attorney. And will file one with the better business beauro. I want to take this company down for trying to screw people over out of their hard earn money. Take in consideration that i am getting ready to graduate from college and don't have money to waist on this.
