59.95 charge on my credit card came up from Sunset publications with no phone number listed. When I called my credit card company and got a number I talked with someone by the name of Michele. One of the most rude people I have every met. The same scam was played on me. She told me I had agreed to order several magazines for 4years and had been a member for a year now. I had recieved several magazines for the past 3 months not knowing why. I would not have ever agreed to pay for several magazines over a period of 4 years when I don't collect or even read them. I was threatened to be turned over to a collection agency. I was told I could not dispute the charge on my credit card with the credit card company, that they have a recorded agreement with me regarding this. If there is a recorded agreement I want to hear it. I will dispute this.
