Terrible product, Terrible Customer Service - Kenmore Elite Washer He

I have a Sears Kenmore Elite Washer that I bought in July.in that time, I have had it repaired 5 times! The last time was in July of last yr. It broke again this September. Sears wants me to pay again to have it fixed. I refuse beceause it is, and has been the same problem each time. Their solution is to get me to buy an extended warranty. I will not do this because the machine has never worked correctly from the beginning and I will not pay for a lemon. I have written tried customer service - to no avail - they need more training. I wrote to the Board of Directors and the Corporate Heads because, beleive it or not, in this day and age, there is not an e-mail address or phone number available for them. My letters went out weeks ago. I have yet to get a response from anyone! I have a busy family of five and have to do my laundry at a laundry mat right now. I will never buy from Sears again and I will tell my friends and family to stay far, far away. I am thinking of contacting Network News to do an expose' as I used to be a Television Producer and still have connections in NYC. The least Sears Corporate could do is honor my letter with a response.
