I bought the Landry Select club card after a meal at the South Lake Tahoe Chart House. I went through the registration process and got declined repeatedly. I called them and asked for a refund, and got a "sorry, it doesn't work that way" response. I called Landry Select and got the "card number is not enough, restaurant number is not enough, receipt number is not enough, date is not enough" response.
This was what South Lake Tahoe Chart House gave me for my 52nd wedding anniversary, after spending over $200 on dinner! I will never patronize any Landry operations ever again.
