Scam Landry select program

I bought the Landry Select club card after meal at So Lake Tahoe Chart house. Then I went through the registration process and got declined repetitively. Called them asked for refund got to "Sorry it doesn't work that way" response. Called Laundry Select and got the "card number is not enough, restaurant no. is not enough, receipt no. is not enough, date is not enough" response. This was what So Lake Tahoe Chart House gave me for my 52 wedding anniversary after spending over $200 buck for dinner! I will never patronize any Landry operations ever again
