In July i started a loan modification process with Defence Law Group. (i have already made a complaint against them, complaint# is 1548026-168272) They prolonged it till now. M. Guerra is currently handling this case and is directly in contact with S.N. From Chase Bank. On Friday 03/09 S.N. Called me on the telephone and told me that this case is closed for now and it will be re-opensd in about a week, s time. She also sent a person from a real estate to appraise my house on 03-08-12. The real estate name is EXIT REALTY POWER. Phone # is 347- 387 5052, business # is 718-829 3325. Sir all this sounds abnormal to me, so i am not taking any chances. I suspect foulplay. As such i am filing this complaint. Thank you very much.
