I ordered the trial offer but was out of the country when it arrived. Right after I started using it, I discovered I was allergic to it and called to cancel subsequent orders. I just received another shipment. When I called I was told they had no record of my call so they would not refund my money on this shipment. The bottom of the invoice that was included states..."Purasilk provides a 30-day montey back guarantee on all non-trial orders (less S&H), from date of delivery." I read that to "Mindy" who then pointed out the last sentence of that paragraph which read, "NOTE: No refunds will be issued from our Lifestyles Autoshipment Program once they have already shipped." She absolutely would not do anything because she said she had no record that I called. How convenient for them.
They ship every 30 days. NO ONE could use a full jar of the cream in 30 days. DO NOT get caught up with this company. Just look at the similar complaints listed on this site.
