I ordered this product on 12/28 along with another product that i was to use simultaneously for best results. I received the other product on 12/30 but did not receive the purasilk until 1/6. My bank notified me on 12/29 that there was suspicious activity on my bank account. Someone was charging $1.00 to my credit card which usually means my card had been comprimised. I canceled the card. When i called Purasilk to cancel the account they actually told me that i owed them $97.00 because they were not able to charge my it to my card and if i didn't send them a money order this week they would send me to collections. I told them that i didn't have enough time to try their product out before i was required to cancel the account and i that i thought that purasilk provided a 30 day month back guarantee from date of delivery. They said that this was only for non trial orders. This is a bunch of crap, how can you try out a product for 6 days and expect to know if it works for you or not.
