I order this product as a free trial for 4.95 with a 30 day money back guarantee. Order product Febr 7th received it the 17th and they charged credit card 89.95. I called right away and they said my trial was over and I had to pay for it cause I had only 14 days from the time I received it to trial. False advertising. I called the credit card complany and they filed a complaint and Pura Silk sent them the information saying it was 14 days from order. I called and complained to Pura Silk and was rudely told to forget it they had my money and i was just too bad. Y I have been calling them and the credit and Pura Silk closed the case and will not do anything. No 30 money back guarantee, this is such a joke. Do not buy from this company. It is truly false advertising
