I ordered the cream for the special introductory price. I then emailed the company within the cancellation period, cancelling any further orders. I sent a subsequent email saying that I authorized no further deductions from my bank account. It was only a couple of months later that I found that they had sent me two more pots of the cream, and they have now debited my account four times, despite my cancellation.
I received instructions in French with the first order, and it was only with subsequent orders that I was able to read the instructions for cancellation, but I could not then get through on the number at the bottom of the sheet. I have since found an alternative number on the internet that I will try.
I am now in the process of disputing the payments through my bank but it is a long and laborious process... And stressful.
