Sells Glucosulim on TV. You call to try their product. They tell you "if you don't like it send it back for a full refund".
What they don't tell you is that they are enrolling you in their Lifestyles Autoshipment Program. What they don't tell you is Anything purchased in the Lifestyles Autoshipment Program cannot be returned. No Refunds. You only find this out whe the first shipment shows up at your door and it is in the fine print of you invoice.
Sent back first shipment. Company claims they never received it and even if they did because you are in the Lifestyles Autoshipment Program they won't give you your money back.
They still send you a second shipment even though you clearly stated on your returned merchandise that you wanted out of the program.
Spoke with customer service supervisor who was very arrogant and I was told " we will not refund you anything because you are in the Lifestyles Autoshipment Program". The only way I was able to stop these thieves from hitting us again was to close my bank account and open a new one that this company could not access.
We are out $175.00 for two shipments that we did not want.
