I bought an HTC Droid Incredible from Verizon in early November. As of several days ago, the phone will no longer keep a charge. I went to the store to have it repaired and they cannot repair it, apparently. The battery is in working order, or so I was told. They tried to sell me a new phone or a duplicate using my insurance along with, of course, the cash required. I said I wanted the phone repaired. I don't think this is an unreasonable request given that I have only used the phone for 16 months of my two-year contract period. (I don't know what the co-payment would be on a duplicate phone using my insurance - $100 is a guess.)
