Alagasco has disconnected my gas for $ 74.93. When I came home Friday evening I discovered that my gas was disconnected. I didn't receive any calls and no cut off notice was on my door. If I would have been contacted do you think I would have let them disconnect me for such a small amount. I think disconnecting people on Friday, knowing that you can't get in touch with someone until Monday is absurd. I think these are unfair practices and I will be getting rid of Alagasco all together when I go totally electric. Thank God I only used them for heat and not nothing else.
