Around 3:30pm on Saturday February 25th myself (Jane#1) and girlfriend (Jane#2) (we are both happily married) went to Treasure Coast Toyota of Stuart (Florida) to look at possibly purchasing a used vehicle that we found advertised on a used vehicle website. When arriving, it took almost an hour before anyone asked if we needed help. When asked about the vehicle that we found on website the sales man replied very rudely the vehicle was sold! I asked about another vehicle that caught my eye while waiting to be helped, and then he began to tell me it was to much money for me and would not let me look inside.By now I was getting extremly frustrated with the service provided!
When me and my girl friend tried to leave the sales man got extremly pushy of trying to sell me a vehicle that cost a lot more money than the second vehicle I wanted to see and I had no interest in. At this time we were going to leave because I was just flat out angry with the whole situation at hand! The salesman offered us a drink before we left which I thought at least I deserve that for all the I had to deal with. When salesman came back with no drinks he and others working their began to ask us out to dinner and get a couple of drinks when they get off. When we replied "NO!" they began to laugh and talk between each other where they were going to take us. The salesman we were dealing with new we were both married it was brought up at least several times while dealing with him!
This place is so unprofessional not only will they not let you see a vehicle you show interest in while insulting you saying you can't afford it, they even have the nerve to ask you out on a date or what ever you want to call it! This was my first time going to Treasure Coast Toyota Stuart (Florida) and definitely my last! I will never recommend any one to go their ever.
