After repeatedly requesting bill to be sent to correct address for payment the service was disconnected and then reconnected. This happened twice and without notification. Since this is a monolopy there is no recourse. Have to pay total of $225 to get reconnected. The customer reps were rude and spoke like robots. As soon as I can I will not have a home with gas anymore! I requested that a supervisor call me and was told that everyone was TOO busy.
