I ordered the Bioslim and Biocleanse on-line.
The merchandise took 4 weeks to arrive, by which time I had realised that the 'customer support' phone numbers provided are invalid.
I emailed them and they responded thus: Thank you for contacting customer care. We sincerely apologize that you have not received your item. Although our system cannot predict the exact date of arrival, we can confirm that the shipment has left our facility and is currently in transit. The delay may be due to a hold up with customs. Please note that customs do have a rights to hold our product up to 30days before they do clear our product.
We have canceled your Bio Slim account and Bio Cleanse account since you haven’t received your item to avoid any further charges. When your product arrives, if you do not wish to keep the item, please contact customer support at Adelaide - 61870708567 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and the return address in order to send your unopened item back for a full refund. If you wish to use the product, and decide that you would like to re-activate your subscription, you can call customer care to do so as well.
