I ordered a 6 pk of Slim T's for 109.95; the shipping I chose was 10-14 business days for delivery. This was July 20, after 14 days I contacted them via Email because when you call the customer service line it says they will not accept calls, they will not take messages, and they are behind on shipping. So, I emailed the "customer service" dept and explained that I had not received the product, etc... I got a return email that was one line and spelled incorrectly to boot saying they had switched shipping companies and were sorry for the inconvenience. No date on when it would be shipped. August has come and gone and I have attempted to contact again to no avail. I haven't even received a response. Their phone message says they would not take payment out until they shipped, except they have taken the money from my account and I have not received the product, meaning they are in breach of the contract they set forth by accepting consideration.in return I should have received the merchandise. I believe this is a scam site, set up to look like the original. It's very convincing... Www.getslimts.com I want my money back or I want the product I paid for... Period.
