Last February Courier Journal asked me to take the paper for $4.30 a month, so I did. Several months later they started charging my credit card $9.90 and $4.30 on two different dates during a single month. I addressed this situation through my credit card and credit was given.
Now, starting in January of this year, I am getting the same thing happening. On 1-4 I was charged $9.90 and on 01-18 I was charged $4.30. No longer do I want to deal with a company who can't keep their records straight and want to cancel the paper and be credited for the overcharge. February the same thing has happened. Double charged!
