I also saw the ad for Green Tea Extreme for a sample of the product for $5.95. I ordered the product on 11/19/08 and received it on 12/11/08. After reading the fine print on the sales receipt, I called the company. Amazing that at soon as you call the customer care line you are told due to the popularity of the product your hold time is 55 minutes and 53 seconds. Well, I finally got someone to answer and she identified herself as 'J'. I explained that I need a RMA number (return merchandise authorization) so I can return the unopened merchandise. She did give me the number, but she was the rudest customer service representative I have ever spoke to. She assured me I was within my 14 day trial period. I mailed the merchandise to the Largo FL address and purchased the delivery confirmation from the Post Office. I verified that they received the merchandise on 12/26/08 at 2:45pm; however, that same day, they put through a charge on my card for $38.95. I contacted my credit union who said without a police report they could do nothing. I had to cancel my card with the credit union to avoid further charges. I am in the process of writing to the Attorney General of Arizona and of Florida. Do not ever order anything form the company... They are the biggest ripoff I have ever run across and the rudest and worst customer service of them all.
