Still in progress, but currently paid for the scooter, their warranty suggest they should send out their product within 4 days. I waited 4 days, so I sent a request for the tracking numbers for my shipment.
They responded back that they didn't have the color scooter I wanted, gave me a color choice of colors they said they did have.
I asked for Kona Brown.
Next day they called, told me they didn't have the Kona Brown, asked me if I wanted another color choice, so I choose red. I understand I am ordering a limited choice a 2010 Dash 50cc. But seems fishy they do not know their inventory stock for their own profit.
As of today Sat 18 2012 I am waiting on a red scooter, I paid for my order Monday the 13th 2012 took them 4 days to respond, only after I requested my tracking numbers. Granted they have responded, I am writing this to keep documentation of my order with what I have now been reading are complaints of this company.
I understand some have received damaged goods, so if, and when I receive my scooter, I will take photos, videos, if damaged I will post on youtube. Going to request my tracking numbers again, will post here on my response.
