On 4-13, my wife spoke with a gentleman named Tony at scooterdemand.com and they worked out a deal on the price of TWO BMS BEMINE 150cc scooters, My wife wanted a PINK scooter and I wanted a RED scooter, Tony told here that yes both of them were in stock and ready to be shipped out, So I called Tony and paid him with my debit card $2049.00 and I said I want one PINK and one RED and he said no problem they will be shipped out today, my order numnber was 1784.

After ordering them over the phone we sent them 5 emails asking questions & only got 1 reply to one question. We also requested traking numbers on the bikes several times and got no reply, so Finally on Tuesday April 17 my Wife called and asked for the tracking numbers and and the guy that she spoke with only gave here ONE tracking number she asked him "we ordered two bikes shouldnt we have two tracking numbers, the guy said no they both have one tracking number and they will be shipped out today, Which is 4 days later than the first guy told me.

On Wednesday April 18 we checked the tracking info through ups and it said that only 1 scooter was shipped out and the weight was 275lbs. So we called scooterdemand back up and spoke with a guy in customer service and told him what was going on and he said " even though you paid for 2 scooters we made a mistake and only shipped out 1 scooter and it was the red one. And he said that it would be shipped out immediatly, then he said you can call later today or tommorrow and get the tracking number for this bike and he just hung up on my wife. We asked to speak to a manager and the guy just refused and humg up on my wife again. So when I received the first scooter it was the wrong color it was maroon and not red, and a week later when we received the second scooter it was yellow and not Pink, and before the ups driver even took it off the truck my wife called them and they said O we are all out of PINK ones so we just shipped you one that we THOUGHT you would like instead, and my wife told them this was bull s*t and she was going to send it back and to give us our money back and he said that was fine but we will keed 35% of your money so i wouldnt advise you to do that, after all it is just a scooter and what makes the difference what color it is.

"So instead of losing almost half of my money we went ahead and kept yellow andI put it all together and it wouldnt run right from the time i took it out of the box, it was bogging out and acted like it didnt have any power and it ws just a big headache, so I tried to find someone in the area to service it and scooterdemand wouldnt help me with that either. So finally I called the BMS manufacturer and told them what was going on and after dealing with them for two days the told us to call Mick at scooterdemand and he would work out a deal with us on both of the bikes, so my wife called him and he was very arrogant and rude on the phone he said " first of all I want to tell you what the hell are you doing calling the manufacturer they dont want to talk to you and we dont either, quit calling us and leave us the hell alone what you got is what you get so either accept it or send them back and we will keep 35% of your money for each bike, and he told us that we had a warranty on the bikes for the labor only so take the damn things somewhere and get them fixed (remember they only had 10 miles on them) but we are not going to deal with you people anymore you have called here to much and we are not going to give you your money back, or replace the scooters with ones that run, so deal with it."

We are totally feed up with this company neither one of the bikes run right and they are both the wrong color, I told them that I was going to call an Attorney and notify BBB and Mick said I dont give a shit what you do we are a multi-million dollar company and BBB or an Attorney can make it any better and we dont give a shit how unhappy you are, sorry about your luck. MORE INFO RECEIVED FROM THE CONSUMER: Just for reference one of the engines in my BMS BEMINES just locked up on me, so this is yet another inconveince to me, This scooterdemand is a joke. Please help!

Also when I went to fill up my maroon one last night the fuel was running past the spark plugs and out of the cylinder walls, and coming out of the head, since these assholes told us not to call them anymore and also the manufacturer told us not to call them anymore I am sitting here with two lemon scooters and trying to figure out how to get my money back. Now the electric starter just clicks and the foot crank will not even budge, I am not happy and something needs to be done with this company, I am out $2050.00 and no scooters to ride, I will be contacting the District attorneys office today. Stay away from this company, use scooterdynasty.com they have been really good with me so far.
