Low Down dirty crooks, very rude, selling Lemons, horrible customer service, should be put in jail

Where do I begin? It all started when I wanted to buy a scooter for my husband to go to work in. I had done some searching on the web and found this website, scooter-demand.com. I contacted them and they were so friendly, courteous, and so helpful. I spoke to the manager named Nick Nguyen. I finally agreed to purchase a Machoman 260 for $2,200 from him. I went home that day and told my husband what I had purchased for him and he told me that we should think this over before we purchase anything that big without seeing it in person. I agreed, so the next day, I had called Nick and told him I wanted to cancel the order. He told me it was too late and that the transaction had already went through. I told him I had looked online at my checking account and it did not go through yet. And even if it did, he didn't send the scooter yet so he could still cancel it. He refused to cancel it. So I was easy going and told him alright, I will wait for the scooter to arrive.

The scooter arrived like a week later and it was all damaged. It was also the wrong color with the wrong radio system on it. It had a broken tail light, broken reflector lights, the rear spoiler was scratched up, the word Tank painted on the seat was smeared, and the trunk was dented.

I called Nick right away and told him how his company sent me a damaged scooter. This is when Nick's true colors started showing. He started yelling at me and getting very rude with me. I told him how it was the wrong color. I wanted red and they sent me black. He told me that's why they ask what is our second choice. But I had asked him before I agreed to the purchase if they had that specific red one with the buttons for the radio control, and Nick told me yes he did.

I told him I demand a refund or for them to send the scooter that I had purchased. The black one with the button control for the radio and not the knob for the volume. Homeboy Nick, started to get smart with me and he told me if I didn't like the knob then to just take it off! I started to go off on him and told him that he was very rude and had no customer service skills what so ever.

So now, I'm just settling for a messed up scooter. The battery went out within a month of purchasing this scooter and I had to replace it with a brand new one with my own money. And now the scooter doesn't even start. My husband's friend which is a mechanic said he thinks it's the starter. Now, I am looking for Nick Nguyen and he is no where to be found! His phone numbers are all disconnected and his website is no longer working either. If anyone out there knows how to find these crooks please post it on the internet. Because by the looks of things, there are alot of people that have been scammed by these people, not just me.
