I keep getting these Sweepstakes telling me i have won x amount of monies this one tells me i have been issued an Entry Procedure Form for $ 371,000.00 cash/prizes, need to hear from me at once to receive documentation to make me 100% eligible for the entire $ 371,000.00 enclose Form and $5.95 processing fee.
