I purchased this scooter in november of it was used, it was working then also i purchased 2 brand new batteries which cost me 200.00 dollars i also paid 350.00 for the used scooter. I purchased the used scooter from mr. Brown. I purchased the new batteries from ed. His son, the tires on my scooter got flat.in january i paid 40.00 for used tires. And after that my scooter broke down. When i called mr. Brown said he was, not responsibly, i cannot afford a new scooter, im on disability i would like him to fix the scooter no charge or give me my money back. Dollard amount.
