Geek Squad Charged 70 for Hard Drive Never Approved

I bought a laptop and sales man said fully cover warranty do you want it? And I said even hardware, software to he said yes so I said ok I think it was for 3 yrs and I paid 100 for that horrible warranty so I call Geek Squad and I take my laptop in next day they call and say its ready I go and they charged me 70$ for a new hard drive that supposable I approved of but I didn't and now I need to buy a recovery disk so yeah
