I bought a laptop and sales man said fully cover warranty do you want it? And i said even hardware, software to he said yes so i said ok i think it was for 3 yrs and i paid 100 for that horriable warranty so i call geeksquad and i take my laptop in next day they call and say its ready i go and they charged me 70$ for a new harddrive that supposable i approved of but i dident and now i need to buy a recovery disk so yeah
