HP G72 laptop - HP G72 251NR laptop

I bought a HP G72 251 NR laptop from a company in July and when i bought uit i have a 2 year warranty on it. I have tried emailing HP but to no avail and if i want help i have to pay for phone support BUT why should i when i have a 2 year warranty on it? I believe my hard drive is failing bc my laptop has a very very slow bootup time, when playingmusic or videos etc on it the sound begins to drag like its in slow motion, takes forever after logging in to my laptop for it to even come up and there is a black screen that comes up after entering my password. How can HP tell me that they are sorry but my warranty is expired AFTER i have sent them a invoice showing the month i bought the laptop AND showing that the laptop is covered under a 2 year warranty? I need my laptop fixed ASAP
