Purchased approximately $45,000 worth of gym equipment for a new gym I opened up. Equipment that was purchased was not new, however was supposed to be cleaned & serviced and in working order. Every single machine I received was neither cleaned or serviced. Some of the equipment was not working. I fought for weeks for service to these machines, and only had some issues resolved. I had to hire outside service contractors to service all of the machines and repair the non functioning ones.
I also had trouble with new equipment I purchased. I waited over a month, and only a small portion of the order was received, costing me delays in opening, and costing me not only wasted rent and utilities, but also loss of memberships. I had to reorder with a new company who fulfilled the order from California in a week. To this day, I have not had one pleasant experience with this company and I've had to retain an attorney to deal with the issue, among the stress, time lost.
