Sofa Couch Damaged

On 11/14 we purchased a love seat, chair and couch at the store in Kennesaw Ga. After the delivery, there was a cut in the couch at the bottom. It looked like it was cut with a razor knife. The power cord that operates the couch was also missing and my wife had to go to the store we purchased the set from and David was kind enough to give us one. A time was scheduled with customer service to have the damaged couch picked up and another one delivered.

Then on 12/06 the couch was delivered. After inspecting this couch, it was also cut almost in the same area as the other couch. I then tried to talk to a supervisor at customer service corporate to find out why we could not get a couch that was not damaged after two deliveries. I first talked to Patrick a customer service employee and he could not get a supervisor he told me they were all at lunch. I called back over and hour later and still could not talk to a supervisor. I then talked to David the store manager at Kennesaw and told him about the problem, he was going to notify a service manger. After that I did get a call from a supervisor, Doug, and I told him that after two delveries I still have a damaged couch and I wanted this problem fixed by Friday 12/09 and my delivery fee refunded and he said he would call me back. On 12/07 the next day I still had not heard back so I called back again and talked to Ebony and I told her about these issues plus the delivery. Employees drove over two of my landscape lights. She told me that she could give me a $50.00 gift card but would not refund us the delivery fee amount and that I would have to take up any damages to my property with the delivery people, but did not offer the name of that company. Needless to say, I'm ready to have this entire set picked up and receive a full refund. I'm not asking for anything unreasonable just to be treated fairly. This will be the 3rd time that my wife or I will need to be home for a delivery. I will never purchase another item from Rooms to Go unless this is resolved to my satisfaction.
