I had purchased approximately $45,000 worth of gym equipment from this company in August & September of this year. The equipment, athough not new, was supposed to be cleaned, serviced and in working condition. However, when the equipment was received, it was neither cleaned or serviced. Some of the equipment was also not in working condition. I was told that the equipment would be like new. This was far from the truth.

After weeks of frustrating phone calls and emails, a service tech was sent and only some of the issues were addressed. I had to hire an outside independent company to service all the machines. A second invoice of new equipment ordered was only partially fulfilled. Over a month later, I still had none of this equipment.

These issues cost me thousands and thousands of dollars, due to opening delays, outside parties, lawyer fees, etc. All the while, this company has done nothing to alleviate or this situation, or correct it in any way. There was only frustration, stress, and complete dissappointment with this company. Phone calls went unanswered, and emails obviously ignored. This continues to this day. We are still at a stand still with credit card disputes.
