Charged Before Trial Period Ended

I ordered the trial and recieved it on November 2. I was charged on November 15th $127. I called the company and canceled and wanted my refund. They told me the trial was 14 days from ship date. That was not what I signed up for I said. I told them I was contacting the Better Business Bureau. They switched my call to a supervisor who asked me what was wrong. I told her, she wanted to give me a $67 credit and I said that was unacceptable. I was contacting the BBB and she asked me to hold on and came back and said they would refund the entire amount. Don't buy from them!
