I order the LeanSpa Trial and received it on the 30th of March. On April 1st they took another $79.99 out of my account. I hadn't even opened the package. I contacted them on April 4th and canceled my account, asked for a RMA number and was told my trial time was up. I stood up for myself stating I had only had it for 2 days and that was not a proper amount of time to even try this product. I then told them that I just wanted to have my refund and not deal with them anymore. I was told I would be receiving my refund of $60.58 back in 7-10 working days. It's now been 12 working days and NO refund. I called customer service and was on hold for 25 minutes. I once again was told that my refund was processed on April 4th. They wanted to know if I had asked my bank about the money, I told them of course I'd checked my account and I still didn't have my refund. She told me to call back on Friday, and find out what became of my refund. I've sent 4 e-mails in regards to this matter and I have spent at least an hour and a half on the phone with them. My time is important too. I have kept all of the emails and their responses to me. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals office in regards to this problem. They just took 2 months worth the payments out of my friends account, both on the same day. She just got her trial 3 days ago. Has anyone thought about forming a group and hiring a lawyer to put a stop to this scam? If so please contact me at [email protected].
