I ordered the Levelacare product on a 14 day, $4.95 trial on November 2. I recieved the product on November 16 and was charged $89.95 on November 17. When I called November 18 I was told we had exceeded the trial period so no refund could be made. I asked for an RMA to return the product and was given one. I ws tyold once the product is recieved by them a full refund would be made. I am certain no shipping or the original $4.95 will not be refunded.
