I signed up for their trial period and then canceled on line before the trial period ended. I recorded the sign-up date as 2/19 and then canceled on 2/25 @ 3:36 PM. This was well before the end of the trial period.
I then received charges of $49.60 on 2/27,3/28, and 4/29. I called on 5/5 to again cancel this account and was given a confirmation number and told there would be no more charges. When I asked about the cancellation on line the response was that they have no record of that.
Then, I was again charged $49.60 on 5/30 and 6/30.
I again called today and stated all the factual information and was told that in reviewing my file there is an indication that I called to cancel on 5/5 but somehow it didn't go through. I was then told that they would need to speak to a supervisor and see if they could refund the charges since 5/5. When I said I wanted a full refund for all the months not including the initial $0.99 I was told they could email me the paperwork to file with their legal department.
After talking to the supervisor I was told they were authorized to refund the last two charges and that should take two to three business days. As for the other charges I needed to fill out the paperwork and submit it.
I really doubt the honesty of a business that requires multiple requests to cease trying to provide you with a service you don't want and have tried to cancel. The site did nothing to help me in the first place and the information on the site was old and outdated.
