Missed Appointment, Rude Staff, Eight Days Without Refrigerator and Eight More Proposed

Can't even tell you how angry I am with Sears repair, 1 missed appointments, & several hours on the phone getting the run around and they call to change my appointment an hour after they miss my first one and they were really rude to me, they had me 8 day without a refrigerator and they wanted to have me another 8 for them to go and repair it. I'm very disappointed
