Washer Repair Visit Went to Wrong Job, Supervisor Hung Up Twice

Repair person scheduled to repair washer came to repair garage door. Supervisor was unprofessional in hanging up on me twice for no reason. Took time off to be at home and now have to miss another day for the repairs simply because Sears could not get the first repair order right.
