Missed repair appointments and hours on hold with customer solutions

I am very upset with Sears repair, 2 missed appointments, & several hours on the phone getting the run around. Customer solutions is useless! I will never buy a thing from Sears again! My mother and brother said they would also never buy anything from Sears because of my troubles with them. Thanks
